Every first-time visitor to Jinyuan asks the same question: how is a string of traditional firecrackers actually made? This photo walkthrough covers the complete production flow, from fuse to finished product.
1. Fuse Inserting: Machine and Handwork
The fuse is the "ignition nerve" of firecrackers. We run two routes in parallel: automated fuse-inserting machines handle volume production of standard hexagonal honeycomb discs with precise positioning, while experienced workers insert fuses by hand for special structures and small batches.

2. Fuse Conveying and Continuous Flow
Fuse-fitted tubes travel between workstations on chain conveyors, reducing manual handling and keeping in-plant logistics safe and orderly.

3. Full-Automatic Production Line
On the fully automatic line, red tubes are mechanically aligned, fed and formed in a continuous flow. Only a few operators supervise the line, keeping capacity high and hands away from hazardous steps.

4. Semi-Finished Goods and Warehousing
Formed hexagonal and round honeycomb semi-products are stored batch by batch in a dedicated warehouse with zoned, labelled, first-in-first-out management for stable performance and full traceability.

5. Finished Product: Gui Fu Hong
Represented by "Jinyuan Gui Fu Hong", the round honeycomb firecrackers feature red wrappers with gold lettering and rich, continuous reporting. Finished goods pass inspection and packing before export.
